Timeline
Most brand identity design projects tend to take between 1-2 months. Timelines can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the project as well as your timely feedback.
Investment
Typically a project ranges between €1500 - €2700, but can vary depending on the scope of the project. For lower budgets, consider the pre-made branding option.
Good to know
All projects include two initial moodboards, main logo concepts and refinement rounds. All file types (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG & PNG) are included with your project and will be delivered via a secure dropbox link for you to download after your final payment has been received.

Good to know
Copy and photographs (or photograph sourcing) are not included in the price and are expected to be delivered by the client. One week of revisions is included in the price. All revisions after the ‘revision week’ will be priced at an hourly rate.

A monthly retainer is ideal for businesses that seek continuous support for their design work. Let me lend a hand with all your graphic and/ or web design needs, allowing you to devote more time to your passion.

THE PROCESS
DISCOVERY
Let’s get to know each other a little better! Depending on your preferences, we can hop on a (free) call where you can share more about your story and vision while I answer any questions you might have. Together, we can decide which package suits you best or I can create a bespoke package if required.
ONBOARDING
If we decide we are a good fit (yay!), I will provide you with a proposal / contract incorporating the services we discussed. After this is all sorted out and a 50% deposit is paid, we will book your project! You will also be given some homework to do, such as creating a Pinterest mood board (I promise it will be fun).
DESIGN PHASE
It's time to design! After the research process is completed, it's time for me to start crafting the initial concepts. This phase is very collaborative - to ensure we are still on the same page you will be kept in the loop along the way. Once the main logo and color palette have been approved, I will design the rest of the elements it to create a beautiful and cohesive brand for your business.
TIME TO LAUNCH
Time to launch your beautiful new brand! Upon final refinements, the remaining 50% is due. I will send you all the files, including your complete brand style guide in PDF. If you opted for web design, I will give you a brief training on how to manage changes and add additional content to your website.
This leaves you with only one last thing to do: time to celebrate and share your brand with the world!

Yes, absolutely! During the hand off, I will provide you with a walk through, so that you feel confident making changes to your website.

I build custom Squarespace websites. Squarespace has a very easy to use drag-and-drop editor, so that you can easily make changes to your own website. The platform also provides everything needed to create a complete website, including hosting, a custom domain name (if you don’t already have one) and email.

For a website you will need to provide your own photographs and copy. Please keep in mind that writing copy can take a bit of time. If you would like me to refer you to a copywriter just let me know.

Due to the digital nature and time put into a project, I do not offer refunds. However, you will be kept in the loop during the entire design process, so that you can provide feedback during the process. Also, all brand design packages include 2 rounds of revisions. A web design package includes one week of revisions to make sure you will be happy with the end result.
